Unsure of the signature on the back marked in ink. Also, ''Zericote'' is misspelled on the back. May have been from the previous owner. This can be hung on the wall or displayed on a shelf. Ziricote is an exotic wood native to Central American countries of Belize, Guatemala, and Mexico. It is a hard dense wood with a medium texture. The color ranges from reddish brown to dark brown with unusual black streaks. See photos for extra details.
